The providers who use
DOCS range from primary care physicians to specialists... from single
providers to medium sized groups. Most have purchased
"total-solution systems" from Walker & Company, including
hardware, system software, application software, and special services.
On-going support from Walker & Company is through a semi-annual
Priority Service Agreement (PSA).
